After a two-year lull, the high-end residential-real-estate market in Aspen, Colo., and surrounding areas has rebounded. This year, sales in Pitkin County, which includes Aspen and Snowmass, totaled $804 million through July, up about 50% from $539 million during the same period a year earlier, according to Land Title Guarantee Co., a local title company.
